Client Representative for Benenden School
Logic PM are working on secondment to Benenden School, an independent boarding school for girls in the heart of the Kent countryside. Engaged as the Client Representative, our business principal Nick Baster, was engaged to support the School in matters relating to ongoing building work currently taking place.
Over the past 18 months, we have been on site every week to assist with the flow of information, monitor works carried out by the contractor and report to the School Governors and School Executive team.
As Client Representative, we act as an expert central point of resource for the Employer, addressing any questions they may have about the project. We also provide a knowledgeable single point of contact for the contractor and their designated trade contractors.
Logic have been working at the School since September 2019 and with the completion now in sight, it’s exciting to see all the hard work coming together to create an incredible new facility for the students of this prestigious school.
