Logic PM was appointed as Project Manager for a mining company establishing their new headquarters in Mayfair. We managed all aspects of the pre-construction process, including obtaining Landlord Approval and the appointment of the principle contractor, as well as the design and construction phase of the works.
As part of our fixed fee service, we managed the design and construction phase of the works including the management of the client appointed IT contractor, co-ordination of the Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment and the move management from their previous property.
