Appointed as Employers Agent for this valued repeat business client, Logic PM have project managed this Design and Build Project near Liverpool Street Station within the City of London.
As part of our fixed fee we obtained landlord approvals and undertook a photographic schedule of conditions, guarding our client at the end of their lease.
The project was competitively tendered, analysed to ensure the clients brief was achieved and the appointed contractor was managed to successful completion.
